The Morland Estate provides 21 rooms across four substantial properties.  The properties have been beautifully restored and furnished and are situated within 15 acres of ancient woods and parkland in the glorious rolling countryside of the Eden Valley in Cumbria.

As such, the Morland estate provides  a superb venue for weddings, corporate events, as well as holiday lets and short breaks.  The properties can be rented individually or together.
The premier property is of course Morland Hall, which won First Prize in the Conservation category of Eden Design and Build Quality Awards in 2007.  		    The Hall sleeps 18 – 26 in elegant and opulent accommodation of the very highest standard, with modern and well-equipped services.  Its centrepiece is a magnificent seeping oak staircase.

Also within the estate are 3 substantial cottages – The Coach House (sleeps 8 – 10), Shorrock House (9 – 10) and Torbock House (7 - 8).  These are fitted to the highest standards of comfort and convenience, with modern kitchens, superbly furnished living rooms, spacious, and light and airy bedrooms.  Each cottage has its own garden and patio.
